Lepaskan batoknya, lalu potong badan rajungan menjadi dua bagian. Potong sapitnya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Goreng rajungan hingga berubah warna dan matang. Angkat dan tiriskan. Memarkan sapit rajungan. Sisihkan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan 3 sdm minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan bawang bombai, aduk sebentar.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan merica, saus tiram, saus cabal, saus tomat, kecap manis, dan garam. Aduk hingga semua bumbu rata, masukkan larutan maizena, masak hingga saus mengental&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan rajungan goreng, aduk hingga tercampur dengan bumbu. &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Aduk semua bahan hingga kalis.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Potong adonan menjadi 2 bagian, bikn bentuk bulan dan biarkan 10 menit.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Adonan di roll mendatar dan digulung, dipotong melintang sesuai keinginan dan biarkan selama 30 menit.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;400 gram korsvet&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 gram gula&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Semua bahan kecuali korsvet dicampur menjadi satu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Diaduk hingga 3/4 kalis dan diamkan 10 menit&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Digiling tipis, 2/3 bagian diisi korsvet, dilipat sehingga membentuk 3 lapisan dan istirahatkan 10 menit&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Proses menggiling dan melipat ini dilakukan 3 kali&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kemudian adonan dipipihkan berbentuk persegi panjang&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Permukaan adonan dipoles dengan room butter cair dan ditaburi keju parut.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 bagian tepi adonan yang memanjang masing masing dilipat kedalam. daun bawang&lt;br /&gt;Irisan seledri&lt;br /&gt;Bawang goreng&lt;br /&gt;Kerupuk sagu merah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu dihaluskan ;&lt;br /&gt;5 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;10 siung bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;3 cm jaeh&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt merica&lt;br /&gt;3 butir kemiri&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm garam&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt kaldu instan(jika suka)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu lainnya ;&lt;br /&gt;3 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan&lt;br /&gt;1 batang serai, dimemarkan&lt;br /&gt;3 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;4 lembar daun jeruk purut&lt;br /&gt;3 butir kapulaga&lt;br /&gt;1 buah pekak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara memasak ;&lt;br /&gt;Rebus daging bersama buah pekak hingga daging empuk kemudian angkat.&lt;br /&gt;Sisihkan kaldunya untuk kuah soto.&lt;br /&gt;Potong-potong daging berbentuk kotak tipis-tipis.&lt;br /&gt;Campur dengan bawang putih dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;Aduk rata dan biarkan selama 30  menit agar bumbu meresap.&lt;br /&gt;Goreng hingga kering angkat dan tiriskan.&lt;br Biasanya ditambahkan zat perasa seperti gula, garam ataupun cuka untuk memberikan nuansa rasa yang lebih eksotis ataupun khas sesuai dengan selera lidah ataupun ciri khas daerah masing-masing. Biasanya sambel dijadikan sebagai pelengkap menu atau bisa ditambahkan sebagai bumbu ke dalam masakan. Cara memasaknyapun ada bermacam-macam cara, ada yang digoreng atau direbus terlebih dahulu bahan-bahanya sebelum dihancurkan ataupun langsung tanpa dimasak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk memberikan rasa yang lebih sedap dalam sambal biasanya dicampurkan rempah-rempah ke dalam campurannya. Panaskan margarin hingga melelah, tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan udang kupas, masak sambil diaduk hingga udang berubah warna&lt;br /&gt;3. Lumuri ayam dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam, biarkan selama kurang lebih 10 menit.&lt;br /&gt;2.
